Fairstead acquires 200-unit Tampa apartment complex, plans renovations

Lauderhill Point was transformed through a comprehensive rehabilitation into a thriving 176-unit affordable housing community in Lauderhill, Florida, providing quality, affordable homes for more than 640 residents.
