National Multifamily Housing Council Names the Purpose-Drive Real Estate Firm to 2024 List of Nation’s Top 50 Owners

NEW YORK, NY April 5, 2024 – Fairstead earned national recognition by making the National Multifamily Housing Council’s (NMHC) 2024 NMHC Top 50 Owner List, the annual ranking of the nation’s top apartment owners. Collectively, the NMHC 50 owners control 10% of the total U.S. apartment stock. Fairstead is the 50th largest apartment owner in the country, with 25,810 units owned.
