Fairstead Announces $26M Rehabilitation of 152-Unit Affordable Housing Community in Chesapeake, Virginia
Fairstead owns about 14,000 apartments across 18 states, including about 3,500 apartments in New York City. One of their first major purchases in the five boroughs was the $315 million acquisition of the Savoy Park Apartments, a 1,790-unit rent-regulated complex in Harlem, in 2016.
