Fairstead Announces $43.3 Million Acquisition and Rehabilitation of 168-Unit, 10-Building Affordable Housing Community in Houston
The 92-year old Aurora Apartments are going to receive an injection of $15 million to bring the complex up to date. Fairstead bought the 11-story building which comprises 105 apartments that are home to low-income senior residents.
